A proposal to create a DIGITAL PAVILION where all countries not officially hosted in the Venice biennale will be included in a sculptural installation connecting, via a live video stream, each nation to a site in Venice. THE DIGITAL PAVILION will house 108 LIVE boxes each in communication with a corresponding LIVE box in another part of the world streaming and receiving live video feeds from each other - RETURNING THE GAZE. |
